Inner Ease Class Recordings

Access to an online library of pre-recorded Inner Ease classes is available for a subscription of $200. This will give you access to 10 one-hour classes for a full 12 weeks (three months).

For those of you attending live classes (in person or on Zoom) with me during the term, access to this online library is available at a reduced rate of $50. This is a lovely way to integrate these sessions into a home practice, complementing the live classes each week.
